"Where is my home?"
I think I've lost home!
These past few years, I've had no home, traveling the world, exploring myself...
But I miss it! I miss my home by the sea, the feel of the sand between my toes, and those evenings spent watching the sun melt into the horizon.
-My client
Then she sent me a song that resonated deeply with her (Matt Costa - The Road), asking for a tattoo design that captured its essence, not just the lyrics, but the feeling it evoked.
This is the result:

"Wolf"
"Soul"
There are no wars left to win, no enemies left to face. Only the memories remain, vivid as the fading light, a reminder of a fire that has all but burned out.
"Portrait"
A classic portrait of your loved ones is always a timeless choice.
"About to Fall, About to Fly"
"I’m in this crazy phase. One minute I feel like I'm losing it all, the next I'm on top of the world, like I'm about to take off and achieve all my dreams. It's exhilarating, but terrifying at the same time.
Think you can visualize this crazy feeling?
I trust your artistic vision completely!"
-My client
It all begins with an idea! My creative process is deeply connected with human connection. I strive to establish a profound relationship with my clients, creating a space where they feel heard, understood, and safe to share the depths of their being.
Then I dive deep into the feeling, explore every high and low of their emotions, the moments of doubt and the surges of confidence. I imagine the colors, the textures, the flow...
it's like I'm living it myself.

"🌘 Selene - Albert Aublet"
Barely hatched, the silver stars are trembling,
At the foot of the golden mountains the lake becomes obscure,
And, through thin pink clouds, she is sailing,
The blonde Séléné is awaking into the azure;
Like a rounded arch, she is floating and rising,
Slowly stretching her beautiful rejuvenated body,
Eyes closed, and savoring at the heart of the infinity,
All the delights from the night and the dreaming.
Micro-realism on darker skin tone? No problem. Just increase the contrast and choose the right design. You can see it already healed perfectly ✨
"Salvation"
"HARAKIRI"
A classic still from HARAKIRI (1962), the design also features the well-known movie logo as if the frame has been split in two by a swift katana strike. The split pieces are repositioned to align with the samurai's stance, adding motion and drama to the scene and highlighting the strength of the katana strike.
The entire design is compact, fitting within a 10cm length, exemplifying micro-realism. The Samurai's face, which fits within a thumbnail, still conveys the intense battle in his gaze.

"The Last of the Buffalo"
Based on Albert Bierstadt's last great western landscape in 1888, "The Last of the Buffalo" represents the theme of wildlife vanishing from the wilderness.
During the design process of this tattoo, to capture the essence of this massive oil painting in a micro-realism tattoo, I opted for a diamond-shaped frame that pushes the main subject beyond the boundaries of the frame, emphasizing the intensity of the fight between the man and the bleeding buffalo. I also incorporated a dead buffalo and a bleached skull within the frame to guide the eye through the different stages of the struggle.
Can you feel the fur of the buffalo?

"Nirvana"
Monks often contemplate the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, known as samsara. The ultimate goal is to break free from it and attain enlightenment or Nirvana, which is a state of peace and liberation from suffering.
Buddhists believe that our actions and thoughts in this life determine our future rebirths. Therefore, it is essential to cultivate positive thoughts and actions that lead to good karma, which can result in a more favorable rebirth.
However, ultimately, the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth is considered unsatisfactory because it is impermanent and full of suffering. To break free from this cycle, one must cultivate wisdom, compassion, and detachment, and ultimately let go of all attachments and desires.
